If you decide to cancel your freezer box rental before it has been delivered, you can cancel by paying the minimum amount of 1500/- fee. However, we request that you inform us at least 5 Minutes after booking once the driver started the delivery van to your location we cant cancel the booking due to many logistics and man power issues. - Cancellations After Delivery or Setup:
If the freezer box has already been delivered and set up at the designated location, a cancellation fee will apply. The cancellation fee will be 100% to 85% of the total rental amount, and any additional services 2(such as transportation) will be charged based on the delivery and setup costs incurred. - Cancellation Due to Emergency or Unforeseen Circumstances:
If you need to cancel due to unforeseen or emergency circumstances (such as legal or health issues), we may offer flexibility based on the situation. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to discuss your specific situation.
2. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair:
- Full Refund:
If you cancel the rental before delivery (and within the required 10-minutes of booking notice), you are eligible for a full refund of the payment made, minus any administrative fees (if applicable). - Partial Refund:
If the freezer box has been delivered and you cancel the rental after delivery but before the agreed-upon rental period has ended, you will be refunded the remaining unused portion of your rental amount. However,50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund, and any transportation or setup charges will also be subtracted. - No Refund After Rental Period Ends:
If the rental period has ended and the freezer box has been used for the full duration, no refund will be provided, even if the freezer box is returned earlier than expected.
3. Modifications to Rental Duration
If you wish to extend or shorten the rental period after it has started, please contact us at least 24 hours before the desired change. We will do our best to accommodate your needs:
- Extension:
If you extend the rental period, the additional charges will be calculated based on the daily rental rate, and the balance will be due immediately. - Early Return:
If the freezer box is returned earlier than the agreed rental period, a refund will be provided for the unused days, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will typically be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the cancellation request has been confirmed and approved. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original booking.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
